To celebrate 100 years of building drums Ludwig have bought out some new ranges. The Epic is a mid-priced kit loaded with high end features:
The shells are a thin, 6mm, 6ply construction with 2plys of Birch, 2plys of Maple and a further 2plys of Birch. This produces a warm but powerful sound that is great in a live situation. The deep lacquer finish is topped of with Vintage Bronze Rims, Vibra-Band Tom Mounts and Keystone Lugs. Stunning!
